Tailwheel Undercarriage (TWU)

Overview

This course is designed for pilots learning to fly aircraft with a tailwheel undercarriage. Whilst the transition from tricycle undercarriage to tailwheel can be made fairly easily, not a lot of emphasis is placed on student’s theoretical knowledge of this more challenging configuration. Our course is designed to give trainees that knowledge and allow them to commence their TWU training with greater confidence.

Prerequisites

Recreational Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) minimum.
