Overview
This course is designed for pilots learning to fly aircraft fitted with Gas Turbine Engines. Our comprehensive course will give you detailed insight into all aspects of basic gas turbine theory, ideal for the commercial pilot looking to expand their horizon and seek a more advanced position within the industry.
Prerequisites
Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) minimum.

Conduct
Either 8 x 45 minute lessons over one day, from 0800 to 1700 hours; OR 4 x 45 minute lessons per day over two evenings, from 1800 to 2200 hours; at the GFT Theory & Briefing Room, Hangar 3, 26-28 Lockheed Close, West Sale Airport, Victoria, 3851.
Examination
In-house, 20 questions, 60 minutes allowed, pass mark 70%.
The sitting fee is $60 and there is no associated CASA fee.
